The West Wind Farm

The West Wind Farm was a staging project, including both the main house and the guest house. I was provided with a large budget of $100,000. Upon touring the house, it felt dark and uninviting. Both houses reminded me of the late 90's and early 2000's. In order for the house to sell, I knew we needed to liven the home with warm colors and updated furniture. Working with a French Country theme, I began the process by having all of the rooms in the main house painted and refurnished. In the guest house, I chose the paint color, Swiss Coffee in both the living room and dining room, while adding updated furniture and decor to all rooms.
